When you accept a quote, you are entering into a contract directly with the shipper. Shipping Out has no connection or responsibility related to the contract you are entering into. This is entirely between the client and the shipper.
Listing Items
Clients may list items they wish to transport on the Platform. All item listings must be accurate and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
You must not list or post inappropriate, illegal, or prohibited content on the Platform. Shipping Out reserves the right to remove any such content and terminate your account without notice.
Bidding Platform
Transport providers can submit quotes for items listed by clients on the bidding platform. Quotes should accurately reflect the cost and terms of the proposed transport service.
Transport providers are responsible for ensuring their quotes are competitive and compliant with the law.
Selection of Transport Provider
Clients have the discretion to select a transport provider based on their profile and quote. Shipping Out does not endorse any transport provider and is not responsible for their performance.
Supplemental Conditions
Transport providers will have additional conditions and terms associated with their accounts presented upon sign up.. These supplemental conditions are binding upon the respective transport providers and should be reviewed before engaging in any transport services.
Clients will have supplemental conditions and terms associated with their accounts. These will be presented for review upon signing up with Shipping Out. These are legally binding and should be reviewed before using Shipping Out’s services.
Neutral Venue Platform
Shipping Out is not an intermediary or agent for any party involved in the shipping transaction. We do not assume any responsibility for the quality, legality, or performance of the transport services offered.
Disclaimer of Liability
Shipping Out is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations regarding the Platform’s accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability for your needs.
Shipping Out shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
